nettly beds is a mark in the centre of tynemouth beach, it is a large bed of kelp that holds a few good fish in the winter months, you are fishing in between 2 skeers,  It fishes best 2 hours down and 2 up,  best baits are crab, rag/lug mussel cocktails always seem to work well
